Let's face it, the process on how we look for jobs in broken.
There are many barriers that stand between QSR job seekers, their job search, and the application process. Behaviors such as Ghosting, Lack of Communication, Undefined Interview Processes, and not informing unqualified job seekers or those that are a bad fit.
When recruiting firms, or QSR Groups do not inform job seekers who are a bad fit, or unqualified with a Pass or Rejection, it leaves job seekers feeling discouraged, confused, and even a bit stressed-out making the job seeking process unpleasant, which affects talent pools everywhere, and especially brand image.
Drive-thrulane.com is a tool created to find a "better way" to help QSR Job Candidates get in front of QSR Groups and QSR Brands faster, quicker, and with better presentation.

Mission and PurposeOur Mission is Pretty Simple... Eliminate Job Seeker Barriers in Order to Quickly Get the Best Talent in Front of Our Clients.
At QSR Recruiting, we want to create a meaningful and productive job seeking experience for candidates, and a fast, and highly effective talent search process for our clients.
Our immediate focus was to create tools and processes that address some of the most egregious and painstaking processes that impact both the Job Seeker, and the hiring QSR Brand or QSR Group. The below seven solutions were our focus in 2025 to address job seeker barriers:

What happens after I apply?
After you apply:
Your submission and resume are reviewed by a QSR Recruiting Specialist.
If your experience aligns with current or upcoming roles, we'll reach out to you.
If we do not have a current match, you will recieve an email letting you know and that we are placing you back into the QSR Pipeline for future opportunities.
If you experience and other qualifications match the requirements of a job, you will be invited to do an introductory call.
What happens after our initial discovery meeting varies per client, but we do our best to inform you about what to expect next at that point.
Not every application results in immediate placement, but we keep qualified candidates in our network.
Our Clients Strongly Prefer QSR Experience
Most roles require prior QSR experience, especially for operations, multi-unit, or executive positions. We do consider other restaurant segments when applicable. However, we work with candidates at different stages of their careers and will guide you to roles that fit your background.
About 90% of our jobs require at least three years of same job role experience with a QSR Brand. It can be very difficult to obtain a job that is a higher level job without first coming into the organization and proving yourself and getting promoted. There are however, some very rare occasions where a proven candidate with the right kind of experience can leap to a higher role without prior experience.
